What a wonderful place to train karate! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Every class is different — Never boring and always challenging; taught by a highly knowledgeable instructor. Am very impressed with the level of intensity and discipline executed in the adults classes. They break down the techniques, strikes, blocks and explain their purpose at each point of the movements so as you are doing them over again you can focus on accomplishing the purpose of the move. Valley Martial Arts is by far the best place to take your kiddos for karate and taekwondo. They offer 2 classes a week which makes me feel like I'm getting my moneys worth. They are amazingly patient with the children and teach quality skills.
