Why spend money for a gym membership when you know how to run, lift or do push-ups? Why not try our KravFit program as your alternative to boring gym sessions! You will get a great workout and learn to defend yourself at the same time!

Our KravFit course is our version of a cardio-kickboxing fitness class! Each session you will burn on average 800-1000 calories during this 45 minute intensive session taught by Group Fitness and USKMA Instructor Natasha Vollendorf. 

This course is for women only and will feature many of the same drills/techniques as our regular Krav Maga course, however more emphasis is on the cardio/fitness aspect of training!
